Returns
Hey Love! If you are unsatisfied with your item or the sizing is not right; don't worry, we will help you quickly solve that problem.

Within 10 days of you receiving your product, we are happy to authorize an exchange or return. Keep in mind, all items being exchanged or returned must have all original tags attached. The clothing must not be worn, damaged or washed. We will do a thorough inspection of the clothing before authorizing the refund back onto your original method of payment.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Note: all products purchased at any pop-up locations are FINAL SALE.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
Haven't received your refund?

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items & Discount Codes
All sale items and items purchased using a discount code are final sale. 

Special Order items
All special order items can be exchanged or  given store credit up to 10 days after delivery/pick-up.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gridinc.ca

Shipping
To return your product, follow these steps:

1. E-mail info@gridinc.ca to inform us of the return and we will provide you with the return address. 

2. Reseal the package, enter the return address and ship it back to us through Canada Post.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (customs duty if applicable) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
