A Curated Shopping Experience

To all our lovely ladies, 

We know how frustrating it can be to receive a clothing order after all the anticipation and it doesn't fit as expected. We hear you.

GRID has officially launched GRID on the GO - complimentary private fittings across the GTA and virtual fittings for our ladies outside of the GTA.  

The purpose of this service is to provide you with a curated shopping experience at your convenience.

All we require from you is to let us know what you are shopping for, what your style is, colors you like/dislike and where you want to meet. Leave the rest up to us. We will handpick the styles we think would best suit you based off of the information you have provided and allow you to try on these styles. If you already have styles in mind that you would like to try on, we can arrange those for fittings as well.

With COVID-19 in mind, we are taking precautions and ensuring this is a safe experience for everyone involved. Please see below the precautions we are taking:

• We are not meeting clients inside their personal homes. If you live in a condo/apartment, we have a designated location for the personal fittings to take place. For those who live in homes, we remain outside of the home while the client can take the clothing inside to try on, one piece at a time. 
• Every garment taken to the personal fitting appointments is steamed twice and left aside for 3 days before it is put back into inventory. 
• During personal fitting appointments, masks are worn if both parties agree they are more comfortable that way.
